Navigating Dementia – A workshop series at Heritage Green
Presented by Maggie McCanna, MBA, CDP, of Central Virginia Alliance for Community Living, Inc.
This free six-session program helps individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, or mild cognitive impairment and their caregivers understand the next steps and create a plan. Learn ways to improve quality of life, reduce stress, and strengthen caregiving skills while gaining valuable resources and support. Attendance at all six sessions is encouraged
but not required.
A light lunch is included.
