“Seeing It from the Other Side: Caregiver Stress and Dementia Coping Strategies” is a video workshop on Tuesday, September 8, at 1:00 p.m., featuring dementia care specialist Teepa Snow, creator of the Positive Approach to Care®, a dementia care philosophy and training method.

Her insightful teachings help care partners better understand the needs and experiences of those living with dementia through care strategies that emphasize empathy, brain changes, and caregiver stress reduction.

A complimentary Waldorf salad and refreshments.

Seating is limited! RSVP by September 4 by calling 434-385-5102.

Our support group is free and open to the public and meets on the second Tuesday of every month.
