In the residential Care community setting, we want residents to age successfully, remaining active to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which promotes independence and enriches daily life. Genesis Rehab Services is excited to offer Vitality, a model to guide your residents to that ideal lifestyle through the benefits of wellness and therapy.
At Heritage Green, residents have the opportunity to participate in all sorts of events and programs to keep their minds and bodies active. With the Vitality Program by Genesis Rehab Services, the therapy staff are "Vitality Specialists" who identify resident needs through the Vitality Check. The Vitality Check is used to identify changes in physical, emotional, environmental, social, and intellectual well-being of resident as Heritage Green at multiple points in time.
